Oh Tal, he is just starting his Pokemon adventure from his house near the Mt. Prye. His Duskull followed him around for years before his parents finally allowed him to head out to wide Pokemon world. He is just starting his adventure by having his father take him around Mt. Prye to his first city, Lilycove City.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI love the composition of the piece and the subtle ghostly effect around the pokemon. Though I wish it was cleaned up a little bit more seeing the small spots of color around the piece.
The sense of depth is portrayed well with the shading. To improve on coloring; you could try doing studies with only black and white to get the desired shading effect. Then do a flat base color layer and take the black and white shading and multiple it over the color. Then adjust to where you what balance of color to be seen to give it a more sharper look.
